Matthias Stender not only brings nearly thirty years of leadership experience across a wide range of business areas – he has also continuously deepened his expertise in communication, conflict management, change management, leadership, and creativity workshops.

Matthias has completed an education that qualifies him as Integral Business Coach. Also, he holds certifications in several renowned diagnostic and coaching tools, including Lumina Spark, Lumina Leader 360, Lumina Sales, and EQ-i 2.0 (emotional intelligence development), which complement his broad skillset.

Matthias is also an experienced speaker and moderator of panel discussions.
